Adnan and Britney are indeed still together, and after dining at Tony Taverna’s Greek & Eats in Malibu, stopped by Pinkberry in Brentwood for some dessert. The two then head towards the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, but along the way are struck by a wayward motorcyclist who reportedly was driving too close to Britney’s Benz in an attempt to gain a close sighting of the star.

L.A. drivers of all types are living up to their reputation as being somewhat dodgy drivers in rainy weather today! Be careful out there!

The trailer for Sleepwalking, the new film starring Charlize Theron, Nick Stahl, AnnaSophia Robb, Dennis Hopper and Woody Harrelson, exemplifies a terrible grasp on the power of italics. As for the rest, it’s sad to say as the cast is eclectic and has stories for days, but I’m ready to flick this film off to the overpopulated land of promising-indies turned unnecessary-and-forgotten-bummers.

I have a Hollywood agent, but since there is strike my film aspirations have been put on hold! But watch this space for some TV plans I have.

How dare you! I work very hard! But yes I am planning a book and no, it won’t be of the colouring-in variety.

Well, there wouldn’t be anything in the “against” column! In the “for” column I would have to get down that I love animals, pray for world peace every night…and always shout my round!

Hahaha… you boys all know I am single! I don’t need a resolution for that. But I have decided to do some more photoshoots this year, so look out for them!

She was wearing a fabulous black evening gown as she embraced the Italian designer. Hilary was also spotted earlier in the day attending an event at the Palais de Chaillot.

The pop star went to a deposition Monday in her dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline over the custody of their two boys, according to published reports.

Spears drove to the office of Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, with a friend and was seen leaving more than two hours later, People.com and TMZ.com reported.

Calls to Kaplan’s office Monday were not answered, and a phone message left with Spears’ lawyer, Tara Scott, was not immediately returned.

Spears has had trouble making recent legal dates. On Dec. 12, she called in sick for a court-ordered deposition, then arrived late at Kaplan’s office on its rescheduled date, Jan. 3. That night, she was taken to a hospital after a standoff in her home when she refused to return the children to Federline’s bodyguard following a visit.

Spears didn’t attend a court hearing Jan. 14 in which a court commissioner decided to keep in effect an order suspending her right to visit Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2.

Spears went to the courthouse briefly but never went inside, and she left amid a swarm of paparazzi.

She will get another chance Feb. 19 to persuade the court to restore her visitation rights.
