Ne-Yo has refuted rumours that he is in a relationship with Hayden Panettiere.

The singer was spotted holding Panettiere’s hand outside a New York club on Monday night, but he insists that their relationship is purely platonic.

He is quoted by Fametastic as saying: “I was helping her out of the car! She had these shoes - they were cute - but they were torture devices, so I had to help her.

“We’d only known each other for one day. She was hanging out with some friends and invited me to come out.

“I’m a fan of Hayden’s show Heroes, so I was excited to know she was going to do [these appearances] with me. Hayden is cool people. She’s a little silly. But silly is good.”

The 81st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade took place Thursday morning, with numerous stars on hand to help celebrate the festivities.

Among the guests of the three hour parade, which was hosted by The Today Show cast of Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira and Al Roker, was actress Ashley Tisdale.

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale attended the 81st annual New York City’s Macy’s Thanksgiving parade, stylishly attired in a double breasted black trench coat with brass buttons, a black captain hat and knee length fur boots.

Other parade performers included Corbin Bleu, Dolly Parton, Good Charlotte, Jordin Sparks, the Jonas Brothers, Menudo, Ne-Yo, Sarah Brightman and Wynonna Judd.

Supermodel Heidi Klum yodels, boasts about her “great knockers” and pretends her breasts are machine guns in a bizarre new advertisement for Victoria’s Secret.

The supermodel can be seen playing with her breasts in the new TV commercial for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

In the 30 second clip, the 34-year-old blonde - clad only in a plain black bra - fondles and jiggles her ample boobs as she sings, dances, yodels and announces “I’ve got great knockers!”

After explaining how her nipples stand to attention when it’s cold, Heidi shouts: “You guys have no clue about boobs, and if you don’t…”

Heidi then grabs her chest and makes a machine gun sound as she aims her breasts left and right, in the manner of a fembot killer robot from the Austin Powers films, who could fire bullets from their breasts.

The commercial ends with Heidi grinning as she declares: “Great knockers, I loooove it!”

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs in America on December 4.
