Here are the very first pictures of Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy frontman Pete Wentz cozying up to each other on Monday night at Jet nightclub in the Mirage Casino, Las Vegas.

The lovebirds snuggled up together on a bench, with Pete putting a comforting hand on Ashlee’s lap as she whispered (sweet nothings) in his ear.

Pete, 27, and Ashlee, 22, were spotted making a grocery run together early Monday morning. These two are inseparable!!

And is it just me or did one of Ashlee’s girlfriends squeeze into her hoodie with her?

The lovebirds arrived together holding hands and left holding bags of groceries. Pete, 27, and Ashlee, 22, were spotted making out at a hidden booth at L.A. hotspot Parc on Saturday night.

Things are definitely heating up between these two! Sizzle.

Ashlee, 22, and Pete, 27, have been together since September 2006.

It’s been rumored earlier this week that Ashlee has found an unlikely music legend to help her record her new album - The Cure rocker Robert Smith. Smith will reportedly sing alongside Ashlee on a track to follow-up her 2005 album I Am Me.

Fall Out Boy announced on Friday that they have to delay their national tour because of “personal issues.”

Hot off her vacation in Cabo San Lucas with rumored boyfriend Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy), a very tanned Ashlee Simpson leads her pack of bronzed buddies as they arrive at LAX Airport on Monday night.

Ashlee, 22, and Pete, 27, vacationed at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo.

Ashlee’s ex, Desperate Housewives star Josh Henderson, is rumored to be dating Paris Hilton. The pair have been spotted out and about on multiple occasions.

Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz denies he’s dating Ashlee Simpson in the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone. Page Six reports:

Unfortunately for Ashlee Simpson, holding hands and making out on a regular basis with Pete Wentz still won’t make you his girlfriend. Wentz insists the two are not an item and told Rolling Stone, “Maybe in a different universe, we’d be some hot couple, but not in this one.” Wentz even goes as far as to take a veiled swipe at his close “friend,” saying, “I’m attracted to creative people and train wrecks, and there’s no shortage of that in Los Angeles.”

I guess it takes a lot more than PDA to make a couple in Hollywood!

In light of the awards season (the Oscars are this weekend), General Motors threw its annual GM TEN event last night — a charity-driven celebrity couture fashion show. It’s where fashion, cars, and Hollywood join forces for one special night.

With 2007 marking the 6th annual, this year’s runway had an all-star lineup including Katherine Heigl, Denise Richards, Jennifer Hudson, Sarah Wayne Callies, Mary J. Blige, Christina Milian, Leah Rimini, Roselyn Sanchez, Emmy Rossum, Shane West, Mario Lopez, David Boreanaz, Tyrese Gibson, Pete Wentz, Mekhi Phifer, Donald Faison, and of course, the Heroes cast — Hayden Panettiere, Milo Ventimiglia, Masi Oka, and Jack Coleman.
