McDreamy wears women’s clothes!

TV’s hottest doc Patrick Dempsey trades in his scrubs for a wedding dress while shooting scenes in downtown Manhattan on Sunday for his forthcoming 2008 flick Made of Honor.

The Paul Weiland-directed romantic comedy was on location in the Meatpacking District, where Patrick squeezed into a long pink satin wedding dress for the day’s filming.

Patrick Dempsey acted like his gentlemanly self, opening the car door up for co-star Ellen Pompeo. Isaiah Washington smokes some more on his cigar… And Diahann Carroll (Mama Jane/Burke’s mother) was also on set in her matronly wedding gown.

Grey’s Anatomy stars Katherine Heigl, Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey, and Isaiah Washington take a break from filming their hit TV medical drama on Monday in Hollywood. (Patrick and Ellen were filming a wedding scene.)

Katherine took food back to her trailer, Ellen chatted with Patrick, and Isaiah smoked a cigar. Ellen’s always got a book or magazine with her on set!

The Dempsey twin sons Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, 2 1/2 months, stayed at home with the nanny. Darby and Sullivan were last spotted Thursday afternoon with Jill and their nanny.

Jill Fink-Dempsey, Patrick Dempsey’s wife, takes their twins, Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, 2 1/2 months, for a stroll through the park on Thursday afternoon accompanied by their nanny.

The Dempsey gang stops off at the Pump Station, a one stop shop for any mother or mother-to-be (they provide breastfeeding and other baby care classes.)

On Tuesday morning, Patrick, 41, was spotted picking up Autosport, a daily motorsport news magazine at a newsstand in Brentwood, Calif.

In the afternoon, Patrick got in his daily exercise with a grueling high-speed bike ride through Los Angeles.

Patrick, wife Jillian, daughter Talula, 5, and fraternal twin sons Darby and Sullivan (born Feb. 1) are featured in the latest issue of People Magazine.
