Wearing a top from The Row (her and twin sis Mary-Kate’s new fashion label), Ashley Olsen suffers in the name of fashion, squeezing her tiny toes into a pair of pumps at the opening of the James Perse Men’s Boutique in NYC on Tuesday.

So whenever you’re dying in pain from wearing something fashionable, just bite your lip and mutter, “It’s all in the name of fashion. It’s all in the name of fashion.”

Billion-dollar twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (both 20) arrive in style at the 2007/8 Chanel Cruise Show presented by Karl Lagerfeld held at Hangar 8 on Friday at the Santa Monica Airport in Calif.

Mary-Kate went all out in a sheer black skirt (similar to her Gala get-up), leather corset belt and fur caplet/shawl. Ashley opted for a more androgynous look, rocking a black blazer with a high-waisted skirt and high-collared shirt.

Who rocked the Chanel show best — MARY-KATE or ASHLEY OLSEN?

Wearing a long, flowing leopard print dress, Mary-Kate Olsen makes a quick exit from the Gramercy Park Hotel where Kate Moss held an aftershow party at the hotel after launching her Topshop collection in Barneys on Tuesday.

She finished off her look with a leather corset belt and signature sky high heels. Mary-Kate, 20, also carried a pack of Marlboro cigarettes and a male compansion’s blazer with his untied skinny tie hanging around her neck.

Mary-Kate, along with twin sister Ashley will co-host this year’s 2007 CFDA Fashion Awards warm-up dinner, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

The night before the awards, the billion-dollar twins will raise a toast to the nominees and honorees at the Top of the Rock venue at Rockefeller Center on June 3. Last year, Salma Hayek did the honors.

Mary-Kate and Ashley were also spotted dancing with Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger at the Balenciaga bash at the legendary Chinese eatery Mr. Chow on Monday.

A solo Ashley Olsen, carrying a vintage Fendi crocodile tote, shops at Barneys on Wednesday sans twin sister Mary-Kate.

For the upcoming fall line, the Olsen sisters have expanded their secret fashion line The Row to include:

• $3,220 Tuscan lamb-fur coats
• $1,700 cashmere tuxedo jackets with three-quarter sleeves
• $875 banded strapless dresses
• $360 legging-style pants

Worldwide distribution for The Row has also expanded to include 10 Corso Como in Milan, Maria Luisa in Paris, Harvey Nichols in London, Jeffrey in Atlanta, Isetan in Tokyo, DNA in Saudi Arabia and Holt Renfrew in Toronto and Vancouver. Previously, their collection was only found at Barneys New York across the U.S. and Maxfield in Los Angeles.

Mary-Kate and Ashley were spotted at shooting The Row’s lookbook earlier this month at Rio Mar restaurant in NYC’s Meatpacking District.

• Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, sent an email to Page Six, apologizing to Larry Rudolph for being fired by his pop star daughter. Jamie said Larry was being treated unfairly because he was the one chosen to be firm with Britney during her spiral. Britney, through her rep, said she is praying for her father. “It’s sad that all the men in my life do not know how to accept a real woman’s love,” she said. Meanwhile, a friend of Spears claims that Britney shaved her head in honor of her aunt who recently died of cancer.
• Brad Pitt was spotted buying two packs of Marlboro Reds and Gatorade at The Boot, a college bar next to Tulane University in New Orleans.
• Jessica Alba is said to be getting $5 million to be the new face of Revlon.

Ashley Olsen returns home to L.A. after her vacation in Mexico but continues to rack up the strikes with PETA. Ashley wore a fur vest at Fashion Week, and now she’s sporting a full-fledged fur coat. Spare the poor animals, Ashley!
