Jennifer Aniston (fresh from a Mexican getaway with the Cox-Arquettes) has been keeping busy with her movie career, and she doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.

The “Office Space” actress was spotted in Vancouver, Canada yesterday (Sunday) afternoon filming her latest project “Traveling” with “Thank You For Smoking” actor Aaron Eckhart.

Jennifer Aniston plays a florist who meets Eckhart’s character at a self-help seminar he’s leading. They fall in love, then there’s a twist, yadda, yadda, yadda. It looks like “Traveling” will be a great date movie in 2008.

Jennifer Aniston will co-star with Aaron Eckhart in Traveling, a film that tells the story of a floral designer (Aniston) who works in a Seattle hotel where a charismatic self-help guru is conducting a weekend seminar on coping with grief. As they get to know each other, she factors heavily into the guru’s realization that he practices none of the principles he teaches.

Jennifer Aniston will add Traveling to her growing to-do list, which includes She’s Just Not That Into You, Management and Marley & Me.

Jennifer Aniston will produce a period musical for DreamWorks titled Goree Girls, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which she may also star in.

Goree Girls is based on a true story about singing prisoners — eight women serving time at Texas’ Goree Prison during the 1940s who formed one of the first all-female country and western acts in the country and captured the hearts of millions of fans in the process.

Aniston, 38, is a former partner of ex-hubby Brad Pitt’s production company Plan B. She has several producing projects in development via that relationship including the upcoming The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, which Brad stars in.

Jennifer Aniston is adopting, an adoption agency source tells OK! magazine.

Aniston is apparently working with the same agency Sheryl Crow used to adopt and would “love a boy.”

A friend of Aniston’s tells the magazine that she’s been thinking about adoption for a while and got the process going after seeing Crow with newly adopted son Wyatt.

“The process has 100% started,” a source says.
