Hey, after dating for only ‘3 months’ before getting engaged, you shouldn’t be surprised!

Grey’s Anatomy stars and engagement ring exhibitionists Kate Walsh and Katherine Heigl show off their blingin’ diamond rings at the premiere of parenthood comedy Knocked Up at the Mann’s Village Theater on Monday in Los Angeles.

Heigl on Walsh’s engagement: “She’s thrilled and I’m thrilled for her. She’s just one of the coolest chicks and deserves every joy and happiness. Can’t wait to see her ring!”

Heigl stars as an entertainment journalist who finds herself in the family way after a one-night stand with a goofball named Ben in the comedy Knocked Up, which opens next Friday, June 1.

Proud fiancee Kate Walsh shows off her Neil Lane Jubilee-cut diamond at the Maxim Hot 100 Party at NYC’s Gansevoort Hotel on Wednesday.

The TV doc recently got engaged to movie exec Alex Young earlier this month, days before her new series Private Practice was picked up.

Kate, 39, ranked #52 on Maxim’s Hot 100 List, sandwiched between Victoria’s Secret models Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima.

Most of the Grey’s Anatomy stars made it out for the ABC Upfronts at NYC’s Lincoln Center on Tuesday — Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh, Sara Ramirez, Eric Dane (with wife Rebecca Gayheart and Justin Chambers (with wife Keisha).

Kate, who’s getting her own Grey’s spin-off series called Private Practice, announced her engagement to Fox Studios exec Alex Young at the Upfronts.

Other pictures include the Grey’s cast at the Entertainment Weekly party at NYC’s The Box later in the evening.

Noticeably missing from the soirée were all parties involved in the Grey’s war: Isaiah Washington, Patrick Dempsey, T.R. Knight and Katherine Heigl.

Kate Walsh, aka Dr. Addison Montgomery, sheds her scrubs and hits up the NYC’s Fashion District on Thursday.

Earlier in the morning on Live with Regis and Kelly!, the sassy redhead looked absolutely gorgeous chatting up the Grey’s Anatomy two-hour special tonight and her spin-off series.

There were, unfortunately, no mentions of her current boy toy Dave or the official name of her spin-off series. Watch the video below!

A number of Grey’s Anatomy cast members turned out for The GLAAD Media Awards 2007 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The show was awarded outstanding individual episode for “Where the Boys Are.”

Kate Walsh looked bangin’ with a new set of bangs and arrived with rumored flame Dave Annable from Brothers & Sisters (it picked up the outstanding drama series award).

Katherine Heigl rocked out a Saturday Night Fever-style white suit. And Sara Ramirez looked like her curvaceous sexy self!

T.R. Knight opened the show saying, “For gosh sakes, I’m very honored to be here. … I’m angry at the inequality we face every day. I hope I can turn that anger toward our fight to be respected as equals.” *cough* Isaiah Washington *cough*

It looks like those long hours on the set of Grey’s Anatomy and being a father of five is finally catching up with model-turned-actor Justin Chambers, aka Dr. Alex Karev.

Co-star Kate Walsh (Dr. Addison Montgomery) weighed in on the 36-year-old and how the set on Grey’s Anatomy is like a petting zoo:

Justin’s character , Alex, is sort of the dark horse — mysterious, good-looking and brutally honest. You get the feeling that he’s got a secret, and I think that’s very sexy. In real life, Justin has a beautiful wife and five gorgeous kids. He’s really funny and genuinely cares about his fellow cast mates. Sometimes he’ll do a little growl or bark before we roll on a scene to loosen up, which I appreciate, since I’ll sometimes vocally warm up with a meow or a bark. It’s like a petting zoo in there! Justin’s also got this hip, rock and roll style that is all his own. He has fantastic taste in music, cars and clothes. He’s super humble and is always the first one to hand out a compliment. When we were over in Italy doing press, women went crazy for him. He was like a Beatle. They just screamed and cried.

Jill Fink-Dempsey, Patrick Dempsey’s wife, takes their twins, Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, 2 1/2 months, for a stroll through the park on Thursday afternoon accompanied by their nanny.

The Dempsey gang stops off at the Pump Station, a one stop shop for any mother or mother-to-be (they provide breastfeeding and other baby care classes.)
