Drew Barrymore looks like an absolute doll — literally and figuratively — in this sneak peek of Glamour Magazine’s April 2007 issue, as photographed by Patrick Demarchelier.

Drew admits to Glamour that she’s not great at the whole “dating thing.” She says, “I don’t have that component in my brain and in my memory as data of how a relationship with a man is supposed to function.”

But Drew knows for sure that her dating life is going to be better in the coming years. “I know that my thirties are going to be better than the twenties as far as my handle on relationships,” Drew proudly proclaimed.

What were Drew’s fantasies for when she got older? Did she want to be married and have children? She says, “I always thought that there would be a husband and a big family in the picture. I thought that’s so desperately what I wanted because I didn’t have it growing up. And it’s funny because now I’m 32, I’m at a prime position and time to welcome that into my life, and ironically right now it’s not what I want.”

It seems that Hollywood beauties Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore are finding solace in each other’s company after splitting up with their boyfriends.

The close pals and Charlie’s Angels co-stars were spotted sharing a roll up on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.

Drew passed the ciggie to Cameron, 34, who checked the coast was clear before taking a long drag, reports the Newsoftheworld.

“Cameron’s eyes were half shut and she leaned back so far she was almost horizontal,” a source said.

Drew Barrymore, who just turned 32 on Thursday, returns to L.A. with BFF Cameron Diaz from Kauai, Hawaii. The beautiful duo danced around in their bikinis during their stay in the Aloha state, celebrating their singledom and Drew’s birthday.

• On flashing David Letterman on national TV: “I’m thrilled I did that, but no way would I do it now. Man, I was such a sexual, free, ****ing nudist little bird running around. I love it. I’m still sensual, but I’m much more modest now. But I think I’ll always be a bit of a wood nymph when it comes to sexuality. It’s like, ‘**** it, be free and have the most fun you can.’ ”
• On staying active: “I’m such a workaholic and so ****ing on fire all the time, it bewilders the **** out of me…If you’re interested in something, you have to act on it. When you get ideas, don’t just let them be fleeting thoughts that flow into the universe, so that later you look back and think, ‘God, I wish I had done something about that.’ Just go for it and never be afraid.”
• On being the godmother of Frances Cobain, daughter of Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain: Courtney and I have not seen each other in a while, so I haven’t had the pleasure of being in Frances’ life for a few years. That’s a great loss for me, and I hope to reconnect with her.”
• On her unstable family life: “I’ve got one wacky family…I understood early that we were not going to have stability. You just have to find your own way and not sit in **** and cry about what you think you don’t have. Get over it.”

The newly single Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore make the most out of their new-found freedom and get in some girl bonding time. The former Charlie’s Angels stars have traded in their boyfriends for a best friend and fly out of LAX Airport together on Wednesday night.

Cameron, 34, and Drew, 32, make nice to the paparazzi and sign autographs for fans before flying out. Before flying out, the pair spent a girls’ day out at Kinara spa on Robertson Blvd.

Of note: Cameron is still wearing ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s clothing label on her jeans — William Rast. Hey, if the jeans do the right enhancing, who’s to argue?

Dog lover Drew Barrymore comes out to show her love of the canine breed at the Much Love Animal Rescue pet adoption event in Malibu, Calif. on Saturday afternoon. Drew, 31, and a female friend grabbed drinks and chatted up a storm shortly thereafter.

On Feb. 18, 2001, her Yellow Lab mutt Flossie had saved Drew and her then husband Tom Green just in time to escape a devastating fire. At around 3AM, the dog barked and “literally banged on their bedroom door.”

The Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore romantic comedy Music and Lyrics finished in fourth place, opening with $14 million this past weekend.

Drew Barrymore is every inch the leading lady in a white Grecian-draped Dior gown paired with Leviev jewels at the NYC premiere of Music and Lyrics Monday night, alongside co-stars Hugh Grant and Haley Bennett. The event was held at the Ziegfeld Theatre.

The ‘Music and Lyrics’ actress - who experimented with cocaine by the age of 14, attempted to commit suicide at 15 and has been married twice - blames her turbulent life on the many different sides of her personality.

She told Britain’s Live magazine: "I am a yin and a yang Piscean. I’m an extremist, I’m a polarity. No wonder I’m a schizophrenic."
