Reese Witherspoon hops back in her car on Thursday afternoon at Los Angeles Park, remaining mum about her rumored romance with Jake Gyllenhaal and her recent backing out of Bunny. OK! Magazine is has the scoop on Reese spending “quality time” in NYC with boyish charmer Jake Gyllenhaal last week. On March 1, Reese reportedly visited Jake’s Greenwich Village penthouse for 45 minutes. And on March 2, Jake stopped by The Mandarin Oriental hotel in Midtown Manhattan to visit Reese. And spent the night! Ohhhhh boy! Reese, 30, recently bailed out on Bunny Lake Is Missing, a film project she was going to produce and star in. The L.A. Times reports Reese did not feel emotionally invested in the role. TMZ reports that last week, Reese was supposed to be give a complete script but instead was presented with a script with major sections of the movie outlined but not written.
