Anna Nicole Smith’s funeral took place in a private ceremony at Mount Horeb Baptist Church in Nassau earlier today. Anna’s coffin was then taken to Lake View cemetery for burial.

Is it just me or is Howard K. Stern giving Larry Birkhead the evil stare?

Today’s update on the Anna Nicole Smith saga takes a malevolent turn.. TMZ claim that they can prove that Anna was methadone while pregnant while her former nanny accuses Anna of starving baby Dannielynn so she would look sexy.

• TMZ obtained documents including a possible illegal prescription for methadone, an air bill for Deremol, sleeping pills and injectiable vial sof vitamin B12 were sent to Anna (under her legal name Vicki) in the Bahamas

TMZ contacted Dr. Kapoor, a 1996 graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, who said, “No comment and they also contacted Key Pharmacy. The owner said patient privacy laws prevent him from commenting.

This picture shows Dr. Kappor who persrcibed methadone to Anna when she was EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT with her herat a Gay Pride Parade in Hollywood in 2005:

Perhaps even more shocking is the sworn affidavit by Anna’s former nanny which contains the following allegations:

That Anna forced her to ‘underfeed’ Danneilynn as Anna was obsessed with making sure the baby was ’sexy’ - Anna insisted that the nanny fed her 2.5 ounces every 3 hours instead of the requisite 3 ounces.

That Anna threatened to ’shoot here’ if the Dannielynn ever called her ‘Mummy’

That Anna attempted suicide two times during the short time the Nanny was employed by her

The Nanny also described Anna’s affair with the Bahamian Minister of Immigration, Shane Gibson

LOS ANGELES  —  A yacht dealer in Florida says he was with Anna Nicole Smith’s companion, Howard K. Stern, when the former model died last week.

Ned Bruck of Reel Deal Yachts says he was readying a boat that the couple had just bought when Stern received a phone call about Smith’s death. He says Stern reacted with "a morbid look on his face" and said "gentlemen, I have to leave."

In the home movies, filmed exclusively by ET’s cameras just days before Anna Nicole’s untimely death, the 39-year-old mother lovingly dresses her daughter in a pink outfit.

"She’s got my personality," says Anna Nicole, unaware of what fate will bring just days later. "She’s so tall. She’s got really long fingers like mine and she’s real dainty. … She rolls over; she’s very strong. She holds her head up. She can say a couple words — she says, ‘Ma-ma.’ She’s tryin’ to grow up faster than she is, and she gets aggravated ’cause she can’t."

Ten bucks says that all of this stuff is now in a storage locker under Howard K. Stern’s name and it will be popping up on eBay within 24 hours.

ET has just received a statement from the lawyer who represents ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s partner, HOWARD K. STERN, alleging that the Bahamian home that Howard and the late model/actress had been residing in together "was broken into and all of her [Anna Nicole’s] personal items were stolen" less than 24 hours after her passing last Thursday.

Attorney RON RALE released the following on Monday:

"Please take notice that less than 24 hours after Anna Nicole’s death, Anna Nicole’s house was broken into and all of her personal items were stolen.

"Despite an existing injunction from the Bahamas Supreme Court enjoining G. BEN THOMPSON and his agents from entering the property that was clearly posted on all entrances, persons purporting to act on Mr. Thompson’s behalf including STANCIL (FORD) SHELLY, and others believed to beGINA SHELLY, GAITHER BEN THOMPSON II, MELANIE THOMPSON, and TRACY FERGUSON (Anna Nicole’s former lawyer) entered the house without consent and then the locks were changed. Certain of these individuals were also observed removing numerous items from the premises.

"Upon becoming aware of these activities, lawyer’s representing Anna Nicole’s interests obtained another injunction from the Bahamas Supreme Court, and subsequently reacquired possession of the property with the aid of the Bahamas Royal Police Force.

"When Howard Stern returned to the house a day later, he learned that ALL of Anna Nicole’s personal items had been stolen. These items included computers, external hard drives, mini dv tapes, and dvds containing all of Anna Nicole’s personal digital photos and digital home videos, many of which are extraordinarily personal in nature, and a dvd of Anna Nicole’s most recent movie ‘Illegal Aliens’ that has yet to be released in theatres. All of Anna Nicole’s personal documents were also stolen, including confidential contracts, banking information, attorney-client privileged documents, and Dannielynn’s birth certificate. Even paintings hanging in the nursery that Anna Nicole had painted for Dannielynn were stolen.

"Howard Stern also found a piece of paper pinned to a lamp with the names and phone numbers of Gina and Ford Shelly, and Melanie and Gaither Ben Thompson, II.

"Lawyers representing Anna Nicole’s interests are currently working with authorities in the Bahamas and the United States to prosecute all culpable individuals to the fullest extent of the law, to prevent the dissemination of any illegally obtained material, and to secure the return of all of the stolen items.

"Any individual, firm or entity that uses, reproduces and/or otherwise disseminates any item of personal property of Anna Nicole and/or her estate without the prior written consent of Ron Rale will be held liable to the fullest extent of the law."

The tragic and sudden death of former Playmate Anna Nicole Smith has taken everyone in Hollywood by surprise. While details surrounding her untimely demise are unclear at this point what is known is the following:

- Anna checked in with her lawyer, boyfriend and supposed father of her child Howard K Stern on Monday at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino.

-  Her daughter Dannielynn who is only 5 months old was in the Bahamas with one of Anna’s close friends.

-  Anna was discovered unconscious in her room on Thursday afternoon, her bodyguard tried to revive her but had to wait until paramedics came to perform CPR and inset a tube for her breathing.

-  However by the time she arrived at the emergency room she was already dead.

-  The former Guess Jean’s model’s autopsy will be performed Friday.

HOWARD K STERN:

Her death has only caused more questions to be asked. Most specifically surrounding the shady character of Howard K Stern. Although he claims to be the father of Anna’s baby girl, this has been disputed by Anna’s former boyfriend Larry Birkhead who was in the midst of litigation proceedings with Anna at the time of her death. Upon hearing the news, Birkhead’s attorney stated she wished to take a DNA swab from Anna’s dead body to confirm paternity, which Anna’s lawyer has called, “the lowest form of behaviour I’ve ever heard of”.

Anna’s estranger family including her mother were concerned that since the also tragic and suspicious death of her son Daniel that Howard would be the one to inherit Anna’s fortune.

Some claim that Daniel’s death was even due to the fact that Stern gave him the Methadone prescription he subsequently overdosed on.

Also Howard is rumoured to have kept Anna drugged up, while he sold pictures of ‘their’ new baby to tabloid magazines and sold an interview with Anna to ET for $1 million dollars. Recent pictures of Anna had shown her to bloated and yo-yoing in her weight and when speaking had appeared incoherent to put it mildly.

RECENT EVENTS IN ANNA’S LIFE: 

The death of her son Daniel (who was only 20), whom she referred to as her best friend also deeply effected Anna.  In that ET interview Anna said of his death,

“I don’t understand why God took him and didn’t take me”

Furthermore, along with the paternity dispute litigation, just this week, Anna and the makers of TrimSpa were sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight-loss pill were false or misleading. 

ET’s Mark Steines, who had interview Anna in October said she seemed different then usual when he met her:

“She seemed calmer, sadder, a bit broken, yet she looked quite beautiful’

Was it suicide, murder an accident?? Whatever the cause, it is certain that Anna made an impact on everyone she met in her life and tributes from Hugh Hefner to Larry King arr rolling in for the beautiful yet tragic figure

HOLY NUTS! Anna Nicole Smith is dead! She apparently was found unresponsive in her hotel room. Her private nurse called hotel staff, who contacted 911 as her bodyguard performed CPR.

The cause? According to reports, it was a drug overdose. Anna was 39.

Anna collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital just after 2PM. Her temperature was running high last night, according to partner Howard K. Stern.

Anna’s son Daniel died of a drug overdose five months ago on Sept. 10. Her daughter Dannielynn (born Sept. 7) was supposed to undergo paternity tests soon…
