Okay, hardly. But she did eat Chinese food! Gwen Stefani takes a break from her boys, Gavin and Kingston, and dines at the upscale Chuen Cheng Ku Chinese Restaurant. Things to look forward to: Gwen’s album with No Doubt but sooner than that is her upcoming performance on American Idol, which is slated for March 28!
