Hilary Swank and her boyfriend “slash” agent John Campisi (he’s one of several agents on Swank’s CAA team) walk hand-in-hand during a stroll in SoHo on Wednesday afternoon in New York City. Hilary, 32, and John, 39, have been together for about a year coming this summer. The Million Dollar Baby will next star opposite Scottish Hunk Gerard Butler in the romantic comedy P.S.
